济南都市圈城市韧性时空特征及障碍因素分析

摘  要:城市韧性研究作为韧性城市由理论转向应用的基础,可为丰富城市韧性评价体系和促进都市圈可持续发展提供科学参考。文章基于可持续发展理念,构建济南都市圈城市韧性综合评价体系,采用综合评价和障碍度等模型研究济南都市圈城市韧性的时空特征及其障碍因素。结果表明:济南都市圈的城市韧性处于稳定上升状态,其城市韧性的年提升率为6.30%,并由生态韧性主导转向经济韧性主导;济南都市圈城市韧性的空间分布呈现不均衡状态,主要表现为中间高四周低的空间布局;济南都市圈的障碍因素以经济韧性系统为主,其障碍度>30%,生态韧性系统对其障碍程度呈现上升趋势。As the basis for the transformation of resilient cities from theory to application,urban resilience research provides scientific reference for enriching the urban resilience evaluation system and promoting the sustainable development of the Jinan metropolitan area.Based on the concept of sustainable development,this paper constructs a comprehensive evaluation system for urban resilience in Jinan metropolitan area,and adopts comprehensive evaluation and obstacle degree models to explore the temporal and spatial characteristics of urban resilience and its hindrance factors.The results show that the urban resilience of Jinan metropolitan area is in a stable rising state,with an annual improvement rate of 6.30%,and has shifted from ecological resilience to economic resilience;The spatial distribution of urban resilience in the Jinan metropolitan area shows an uneven state,which mainly manifests itself as a spatial layout of high in the middle and low in the surrounding areas;The obstacles of Jinan metropolitan area are dominated by the economic resilience system,with an obstacle degree of>30%,and ecological resilience system shows a rising trend.
