摘 要:由于热喷抛丸的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命高于室温喷抛丸,满足了高周疲劳和复杂工况的使用需求,研究热喷抛丸工艺有助于为不同材料热喷抛丸的工艺制订提供依据。文章综述了近年来热喷抛丸的研究进展;总结了热喷抛丸工艺、组织结构与性能的关系;利用位错组织可提高残余压应力稳定性的机理,阐述了获得更高的疲劳强度和疲劳寿命的原因;分析了热喷抛丸温度和丸粒硬度对组织性能的影响并探究了其优缺点;今后应基于成分-工艺-组织结构-性能四者关系,建立热喷抛丸理论体系并应用于实际生产。Warm shot peening achieves higher fatigue strength and longer fatigue life compared to room temperature shot peening,which meets the needs of high cycle fatigue and complex working conditions.Research on warm shot peening process provides a basis for developing shot peening techniques tailored to different materials.The research progress of warm blast shot blasting in recent years is reviewed in this paper.The relationship between warm blast blasting technology,structure and properties is summarized.The mechanism that the stability of residual compressive stress can be improved by the use of dislocation structure is described.The reasons for the higher fatigue strength and fatigue life are discussed.The effects of warm peening temperature and the hardness of shots are analyzed.The advantages and disadvantages are explored.Based on the relationship between composition,process,microstructure,and property,the theoretical system for warm shot peening should be established in subsequent production.
