摘　　要：随着航空业的快速发展和乘客需求的日益增长,利用快速发展成熟的信息技术手段提升航空旅行的体验,已成为航空公司服务竞争的关键领域,由此提出了飞机智慧客舱的理念。但相较于其他地面智能服务领域,智慧客舱理念和实践的发展较慢,相关研究较少,研究通过梳理飞机智慧客舱的发展历程,结合其他领域智能产品的发展,预测智慧客舱未来的趋势,旨在对参与飞机智慧客舱服务的从业者提供一定的参考与借鉴。With the rapid development of the aviation industry and the increase in passenger demand,it has become a key area of airline service competition to improve air travel experience by using mature information technology,therefore this paper puts forward the concept of aircraft intelligent cabin.However,compared with other intelligent service fields,the development of aircraft intelligent cabin concept and practice is slower,and there are few relevant studies.By summarizing the development history of aircraft intelligent cabin,based on the development of intelligent products in other fields,this paper predicts the future trend of aircraft intelligent cabin,so as to provide reference for practitioners involved in related fields.
