场道工程建设质量“四质”把控及实践

摘　　要：宁波栎社机场自1990年建成投用以来,飞行区历经多轮改扩建,现已发展成1条跑道、2条平行滑道和4条快速滑行道、60个机位。这些设施的建设和改进,不仅满足了旅客吞吐和航班量日益增长的出行需求,更体现了场道工程“品质建设”的重要性。场道工程建设质量是机场建设的重要保障,也是机场运营的核心竞争力。基于多年机场专业工程建设过程质量管控的思考与提炼,本文创新提出场道工程建设质量“四质”把控,即实质、品质、智质和共质。通过“四质”把控实践,宁波机场实现了场道工程质量屡经考验、评估安全、全面提升,为机场的安全、高效、绿色、智慧运营奠定了坚实的基础。Since the Ningbo Lishe Airport was put into operation in 1990,the flight area has gone through many rounds of reconstruction and expansion,and has now developed into one runway,two parallel taxiways,four express taxiways and 60 aircraft stands.The construction and improvement of these facilities not only meet the increasing needs for passenger throughput and flight volume,but also reflect the importance of high quality construction of airport pavement engineering.The quality of airport pavement construction is an important guarantee for airport construction and the core competitiveness of airport operations.Based on years of quality control experience in the construction process of airport professional engineering,this paper innovatively proposes control of"four qualities"in the construction of airport pavement engineering,namely substance,quality,intellectual quality and common quality.Through the"four quality"control,the quality of Ningbo Airport pavement engineering has been repeatedly tested,safety assessed and comprehensively improved,laying a solid foundation for safe,efficient,green and smart operation of the airport.
