摘 要:A350在硬件、软件及人机交互界面上较A320和A330都有了很大的改进,但新的设备和软件也带来了新的操作挑战。特别是在A350的液压系统中,发动机驱动泵(engine-driven pump,EDP)硬件和软件的缺陷导致了潜在的快速超温问题,在实际操作中可能导致失去一套液压系统,带来严重后果。空客为此进行了多次硬件和软件的升级,包括修改液压系统显示界面、升级液压监控和控制应用(hydraulic monitoring and control application,HMCA)及飞行警告计算机(flight warning system,FWS),但问题仍未完全解决。本文通过分析实际案例,探讨了这些技术改进对飞行操作的影响,并对操作程序的理解和执行提出了思考,强调了在循证训练(evidence-based training,EBT)和基于胜任力的训练(competency-based training and assessment,CBTA)下提升机组能力的重要性。A350 has seen significant improvements in hardware,software and human-machine interfaces compared to A320 and A330.However,the new hardware and software have also brought new operational challenges.In particular,the A350s hydraulic system has a potential rapid overheating problem due to defects in the hardware and software of engine-driven pump(EDP),which may result in the loss of a hydraulic system in actual operations,thus leading to serious consequences.In response,Airbus has carried out numerous hardware and software upgrades,including modifications to the hydraulic system display interface,and upgrades to the hydraulic monitoring and control application(HMCA)and the flight warning system(FWS),but the problem has not been fully resolved.This paper analyzes real cases to explore the impact of these technical improvements on flight operations,provides insights into the understanding and execution of operational procedures,and emphasizes the importance of enhancing crew competence through evidence-based training(EBT)and competency-based training and assessment(CBTA).
