摘 要:本文首先介绍了在飞机运营过程中,客舱门发生失效后需要对机载旅客数量进行减少的目的和意义,以及国际上各民航当局关于客舱门失效后旅客数量减少的相关要求和差异。重点讨论了EASA框架下客舱门失效后,飞机和客舱各区域旅客减少量和最大旅客容量的计算方法,并结合某型号宽体飞机不同位置的客舱门失效案例对此计算方法加以说明,发现旅客数量限制受是否执行跨水运行、飞机实际客舱布局、舱门类型以及舱门安装的救生设备性能影响。本文意为国内型号合格证申请人或持有人在编写主最低设备清单以及运营人在编写最低设备清单时提供指导。This paper introduces the purpose and significance of reducing the number of passengers on board after the cabin door failure,as well as relevant requirements of different civil aviation authorities for passenger number reduction after the cabin door failure and their differences.Then it focuses on the calculation method of passenger reduction and maximum passenger capacity in the whole aircraft and each cabin area after the cabin door failure under the EASA framework,and explains the calculation method using the case of the cabin door failure in different positions of a certain type of wide-body aircraft.It is found that the number of passengers is affected by whether over water operations will be performed,the actual cabin layout,the type of the cabin door and the capacity of the emergency equipment installed on the door.This article is intended to provide guidance for domestic type certificate applicants or holders in the preparation of master minimum equipment list and for air carriers in the preparation of minimum equipment list.
