摘 要:为改善汽车起重机变幅系统安全性和稳定性,研究变幅系统组成及工作原理、变幅平衡阀内部结构及其阻尼孔大小对系统的影响。基于AMESim搭建平衡阀及变幅系统仿真模型,分析了P、T口阻尼孔变化对系统的影响,并通过试验验证了仿真模型的准确性。研究结果表明:P口阻尼孔大,阀芯运动速度快,油缸压力建立时间短;T口阻尼孔大,平衡阀泄压时间快。并通过试验验证了当平衡阀P口阻尼孔直径0.7 mm,T口阻尼孔直径0.3 mm时效果最优。In order to improve the safety and stability of the luffing system of the truck crane,the composition and working principle of the luffing system,the internal structure of the luffing counterbalance valve and the influence of its damping hole size on the system are studied.Based on AMESim to build the balance valve and luffing system simulation model,analysed the influence of P,T port damping hole changes on the system,and verified the accuracy of the simulation model through the test.The research results show that:the P port damping hole is large,the spool movement speed is fast,and the cylinder pressure establishment time is short;the T port damping hole is large,and the counterbalance valve pressure relief time is fast.And it is verified by test that the effect is optimal when the diameter of the P-port damping hole of the counterbalance valve is 0.7 mm and the diameter of the T-port damping hole is 0.3 mm.
