摘 要:从理论上进一步深入研究高预应力支护体系的作用机理,为支护设计提供可靠依据。同时开发研制能给锚杆施加高预应力的施工机具与配套材料,使锚杆支护真正实现主动支护、及时支护,实现从低强度、高强度到高刚度、高预应力支护的跨越。通过模拟得出,在锚杆支护条件下,无论锚杆排距是1.0 m、1.2 m还是1.4 m,最大垂直主应力变化不大,约为34.8 MPa,最大水平主应力也相差不大,约为19.2 MPa。但随着锚杆排距的增大,受锚杆主动支护的应力扩散效果不断变差。回风巷在锚杆+顶锚索支护作用下,从巷道应力、位移、塑性破坏区分布特征及经济成本分析来看,采用锚杆排距为1.2 m时能有效地控制巷道围岩的变形,完全可以满足巷道支护的要求。The mechanism of high prestressing support system from the theory provides a reliable basis for support design.At the same time should be developed to apply high prestressing to the anchor construction equipment and supporting materials,so that the anchor support really achieve active,timely support,from low strength,high strength to high stiffness,high prestressing support of the leap.Through simulation,under the condition of anchor support,no matter the anchor row spacing is 1.0 m,1.2 m or 1.4 m,the maximum vertical principal stress is not much changed,which is about 34.8 MPa,and the maximum horizontal principal stress is not much different,which is about 19.2 MPa.However,with the increase of the anchor row spacing,the stress spreading effect of the active support by the anchors is getting worse and worse.Under the action of anchor+top anchor cable support,from the distribution characteristics of stress,displacement and plastic damage zone of the roadway and the analysis of economic cost,the use of anchor row spacing of 1.2 m can effectively control the deformation of the roadway peripheral rock,which can fully meet the requirements of roadway support.
