摘 要:以JKMD3.25×4(Ⅱ)型落地式多绳摩擦型煤矿提升机为研究对象,结合其实际运行情况建立该提升机关于振动的参数模型,并以此模型为基础,对其振动特征进行仿真分析,根据分析结果确定该落地式煤矿提升机存在较为典型的纵向振动问题。对此,基于问题导向,将一个由液压缸控制的张紧轮安装于上天轮下方、提升钢丝绳的右侧,并对提升机的振动控制律进行设计,以实现振动抑制。从仿真分析结果来看,该振动抑制技术方案对降低落地式煤矿提升机振动较为有效,因此其在煤矿工程领域也将具有潜在的应用价值。JKMD3.25×4(II)type floor-type multi-rope friction coal mine hoist as the object of study,combined with its actual operation to establish the hoist on the vibration of the parameter model,and this model as the basis for its vibration characteristics of the simulation analysis,according to the results of the analysis of the floor-type coal mine hoist to determine the existence of a more typical longitudinal vibration problems.In this regard,based on the problem orientation,a tensioning wheel controlled by a hydraulic cylinder is installed below the upper sheave and on the right side of the hoisting wire rope,and the vibration control law of the hoist is designed to realize vibration suppression.From the results of simulation analysis,the vibration suppression technology program is more effective in reducing the vibration of floor-type coal mine hoist,so it will also have potential application value in the field of coal mine engineering.
