摘 要:为解决通风机在实际运行中噪声较大影响作业人员的问题,在保证通风效率和静压等性能指标的基础上实现降噪的目的。以某型号离心通风机为例,在构建数值模拟仿真模型和网格划分等基础上,对不同改进叶片对应的通风效率和静压进行对比;对改进叶片后通风机的噪声进行预测,达到了预期的效果。In order to solve the problem that the ventilator has a big noise affecting the operators in actual operation,the purpose of noise reduction is realised on the basis of ensuring the performance indexes such as ventilation efficiency and static pressure.Taking a certain type of centrifugal ventilator as an example,on the basis of constructing numerical simulation simulation model and grid division,etc.,the ventilation efficiency and static pressure corresponding to different improved blades are compared;finally,the noise of the ventilator is predicted after the improvement of the blades,which achieves the expected effect.
