摘 要:为提高离心泵的运行节能稳定性,降低能耗。通过选取节流、变速调节工况,并对比分析其节能效果。采用节流调节时,随流量调节范围的增大,泵内流动、流线分布紊乱;高湍动能区域、强度增大,尤其是增大叶轮流道和进口流场湍动能,水力损失大,耗能严重。采用变速调节时,不仅能改善泵内流量及进口段内流线分布,而且转速、湍动能减小,分布相对均匀,节能效果显著。In order to improve the operation of centrifugal pump energy-saving stability,reduce energy consumption.In this paper,the energy-saving effect is compared and analyzed by selecting the throttle and variable speed regulation conditions.When throttling regulation is adopted,the flow and streamline distribution in the pump are disordered with the increase of flow regulation range.With the increase of high turbulent kinetic energy area and intensity,especially the increase of turbulent kinetic energy of impeller channel and inlet flow field,the hydraulic loss is large and the energy consumption is serious.When variable speed regulation is adopted,the flow rate in the pump and the flow line distribution in the inlet section are improved,and the speed and turbulent kinetic energy are reduced,and the distribution is relatively uniform,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.
