摘 要:以ZY12000/28/63D液压支架为研究对象,介绍一种适用于再制造双伸缩立柱力学性能和疲劳寿命分析的仿真分析方法。此方法实现液压支架再制造双伸缩立柱的力学性能和疲劳寿命仿真分析,并在力学分析中考虑多种再制造双伸缩立柱力学性能影响工况。为检验仿真分析方法的应用价值,在研究中引入工业性试验方法,进而确认仿真分析方法具有较高分析精准性。Taking ZY12000/28/63D hydraulic support as an example,a simulation analysis method suitable for mechanical properties and fatigue life analysis of remanufactured double-telescopic columns is introduced.This method realizes the simulation analysis of mechanical properties and fatigue life of hydraulic support remanufactured double telescopic columns,and considers the influence of mechanical properties of various remanufactured double telescopic columns in the mechanical analysis.In order to test the application value of the simulation analysis method,an industrial test method is introduced in the study,and then it is confirmed that the simulation analysis method has high analytical accuracy.
