摘 要:研究采用轮廓定位及角度特征分析,对转向架轮廓及其前后锁紧板进行几何模型构建,再使用截断特征和形状模板的鉴识技术对铁路货车转向架进行故障检查。实验分析结果得出使用截断特征的5×5滑动窗对10°以上的故障角度具有有效性,而对于5°以上的角度采用形状模板的辨认方法具有可行性,再继续检验货车的锁紧板并对比实验结果,得出利用形状模板的故障检验方法的正确率为96.07%,平均检测时间为0.07 s,满足偏转角度故障检测的实时、精准要求。The study adopts contour positioning and angular characterization to construct geometrical models of bogie contour and its front and rear locking plates,and then uses the forensic techniques of truncated features and shape templates to carry out fault inspection of railroad wagon bogies.Experimental analysis of the results of the use of truncated features of the 5×5 sliding window for more than 10°of the fault angle has the effectiveness of the shape of the template for more than 5°of the angle of the identification method has the feasibility of continuing to test the locking plate of the wagon and compare the results of the experiments,resulting in the use of the shape of the template of the fault inspection method of the correct rate of 96.07%,the average detection time of 0.07s,to meet the deflection angle of the Fault detection of real-time,accurate requirements.
