摘 要:以MG250/600-WD型电牵引采煤机为对象,基于有限元法对壳体结构开展轻量化设计。利用PRO/E构建三维模型,利用ANSYS软件建立模拟仿真模型。结果发现,壳体的应力和变形呈现出明显的不均匀性,且最大等效应力和变形量均较小,刚度和强度上存在冗余问题。以应力和变形均较小的圆周外壳以及凸台结构为优化对象,以整体质量和变形量为优化目标,开展轻量化设计工作,使得减速器壳体整体质量降低了8.12%。通过实践应用有效验证了轻量化设计方案的可行性,能为企业创造良好的经济效益和绿色效益。Based on the finite element method,the lightweight design of the shell structure was carried out for the MG250/600-WD electric traction coal mining machine.Build a 3D model using PRO/E and create a simulation model using ANSYS software.As a result,it was found that the stress and deformation of the shell exhibited significant non-uniformity,and the maximum equivalent stress and deformation were both small,with redundancy issues in stiffness and strength.Taking the circular shell and convex structure with relatively small stress and deformation as the optimization objects,and the overall quality and deformation as the optimization objectives,lightweight design work was carried out,resulting in a reduction of 8.12%in the overall quality of the reducer shell.The feasibility of lightweight design schemes has been effectively verified through practical applications,which can create good economic and green benefits for enterprises.
