摘  要:为进一步探究煤矿提升机天轮的可能优化路径,以煤矿企业常用的JKMD-3.5×4(Ⅲ)型提升机内的天轮系统作为研究对象,首先应用ANSYS有限元分析软件对其进行建模、网格划分和仿真分析;而后根据仿真分析结果,明确其应变情况,确定采用轻量化理念和方法进行优化;最后对轻量化完成后的天轮系统进行性能仿真分析,结果显示,采用轻量化理念与方法进行优化的天轮系统在安全性等方面仍然合乎要求,表明此次优化具有一定的可行性,能够为今后的相关工作提供参考借鉴。In order to further explore the possible optimization path of the flywheel of the coal mine hoist,the flywheel system in the JKMD-3.5×4(III)hoist commonly used in coal mine enterprises is taken as the research object,and the ANSYS finite element analysis software is firstly applied to carry out the modelling,meshing and simulation analysis of the flywheel system,and then the strain situation is clarified based on the results of the simulation analysis and it is determined that the lightweighting concept and method should be adopted to carry out the optimization.Finally,the performance simulation analysis of the lightweighted overhead wheel system is carried out,and the results show that the overhead wheel system optimised by the lightweighting concept and method still meets the requirements in terms of safety and other aspects,which indicates that this optimisation has a certain degree of feasibility,and it can provide a reference for the future related work.
