摘 要:以DSJ120/200/3×250矿用带式输送机为研究对象,提出一种煤矿带式输送机改向滚筒优化方法。利用ANSYS软件构建出改向滚筒的有限元模型,并以此为基础,通过约束条件与载荷的设置,分别对改向滚筒的静力学特性、焊缝应力特性及疲劳寿命进行分析,以确定改向滚筒的不足之处,进而设计出相应的优化方案,提升改向滚筒性能,为整个输送机安全、稳定地运行提供帮助。Taking DSJ120/200/3×250 mining belt conveyor as an example,an optimization method for reversing drum of mine belt conveyor is proposed.First of all,the finite element model of the reversing drum is built using ANSYS software,and then based on this,the static characteristics,weld stress characteristics and fatigue life of the reversing drum are analyzed respectively through the setting of constraints and loads,so as to determine the deficiencies of the reversing drum,and then the corresponding optimization scheme is designed to improve the performance of the reversing drum.Provide help for the safe and stable operation of the whole conveyor.
