摘 要:为进一步探究矿用顶管掘进机刀盘的优化设计策略,通过研究参考已有经验及研究文献资料,并结合煤矿企业顶管掘进机应用方面存在的普遍需求,对矿用顶管掘进机刀盘进行优化设计,并确定主要设计参数;而后通过有限元分析方法,确定该矿用顶管掘进机刀盘在理论上符合预期需要。最后对其进行实际测试,结果显示,该刀盘多项性能参数均处于较优水平,表明此次矿用顶管掘进机刀盘设计工作取得初步成功。In order to further explore the optimal design strategy of the cutter of mining pipe jacking machine,through the study and reference to the existing experience and research literature,and combined with the general needs of coal mining enterprises in the application of pipe jacking machine,the optimisation design of the cutter of mining pipe jacking machine is carried out,and the main design parameters are determined;and then,through the finite element analysis,it is determined that the cutter of the mining pipe jacking machine meets the expected needs theoretically.Finally,the cutter is tested in practice,and the results show that a number of performance parameters of the cutter are at a better level,indicating that the design of the cutter of the mine pipe jacking machine has achieved initial success.
