摘 要:为进一步探究刮板输送机链传动系统的运行特性,以SGZ1000/1050型永磁直驱刮板输送机为研究对象,对其链传动系统的动力学性能进行仿真分析,通过分析其接触力、速度和位移等指标的变化,判断其存在卡链和断链两方面的风险,并确定永磁直驱系统输出转速控制效果是决定风险发生几率的关键指标。就此,以控制输出转速稳定为核心目标,采用滑模控制和模糊控制相结合的方式优化控制策略,结果显示,优化后的系统输出转速具有更高的稳定性,预计可提升刮板输送机链传动系统的动力学性能。In order to further explore the operating characteristics of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor,this paper takes the SGZ1000/1050 permanent magnet direct drive scraper conveyor as the research object,and carries out simulation analysis on the dynamic performance of its chain drive system.By analyzing the changes of its contact force,speed,displacement and other indicators,it is determined that there are two risks of stuck chain and broken chain.It is also determined that the output speed control effect of permanent magnet direct drive system is the key index to determine the risk occurrence probability.In this regard,taking the stability of the output speed as the core objective,the control strategy is optimized by combining sliding mode control and fuzzy control.The results show that the output speed of the optimized system has higher stability,which is expected to improve the dynamic performance of the chain drive system of the scraper conveyor.
