关于掘锚一体机截割装置滑移架的拓扑优化研究

摘  要:以JM340型掘锚一体机截割装置中的滑移架为研究对象,基于先进的拓扑优化技术和HYPERWORKS有限元软件对滑移架进行优化改进。拓扑优化结果表明,滑移架的拓扑数值存在很大差异,说明工作时不同区域的受力表现出不均匀性的特点。通过在立板两侧设置加强筋、掏槽油缸连接座箱体区域设置加强筋、去除导轨套筒连接箱体中间区域材料的方式进行结构优化,优化后的滑移架重量降低3%。通过累计1年时间的应用,发现滑移架具有良好的运行稳定性,可提升其使用寿命。Taking the skidding frame in the cutting device of JM340 type digging-anchor integrated machine as the research object,the skidding frame is optimised and improved based on the advanced topology optimisation technology and HYPERWORKS finite element software.The results of topology optimisation show that the topological values of the skidding frame are very different,which indicates that the force in different areas during operation is not uniform.Structural optimisation was carried out by installing reinforcement bars on both sides of the riser plate,installing reinforcement bars in the region of the hollowing cylinder connecting seat box,and removing the material in the middle region of the guide sleeve connecting box,and the weight of the optimised skid frame was reduced by 3%.Through the cumulative application for 1 year,it is found that the slip frame has good operational stability and can improve its service life.
