摘  要:基于传统带式输送机机头清煤装置结构简单、自动化水平低、清煤效果差,带式输送机在运输煤矸时变形严重、故障率高,且滚筒煤泥附着量大,造成带式输送机出现跑偏撕带事故,严重制约着采掘工作面安全高效运输的问题,雪坪煤矿通过技术研究,对8204工作面DTL-120型带式输送机原清煤装置主要存在的问题进行分析,并根据运输现状进行合理优化改进,设计了一套具有清洗功能的新型清扫装置。分析了该清扫装置结构及工作原理,并通过现场实际应用效果来看,优化后的清扫装置故障率降低至5%以下,清煤效率提高至90%以上,减少设备维修费用达17.4万元,取得了显著应用成效。Based on the traditional belt conveyor head clearing device structure is simple,low level of automation,poor coal clearing effect,belt conveyor in the transportation of coal gangue deformation of serious failure rate,and the roller slurry attached to the amount of large,resulting in belt conveyor running tear belt accidents,serious constraints on the safe and efficient transportation of the mining face,Xueping Coal Mine through a technical study on the 8204 face DTL-120-type belt conveyor original clearing device main problems.Through technical research,Xueping coal mine analyzed the main problems of the original coal cleaning device of 8204 working face DTL-120 belt conveyor,and carried out reasonable optimization and improvement according to the current situation of transportation,designed a set of new cleaning device with cleaning function,analyzed the structure and working principle of the cleaning device,and through the actual application of the effect of the field,the optimized cleaning device failure rate was reduced to less than 5%,the efficiency of coal cleaning was increased to more than 90%,and the cost of reducing the maintenance of the equipment was 174,000 yuan,and significant results were achieved.174,000 yuan,and achieved significant application results.
