基于动态数值模拟的液压支架掩护梁结构优化研究

摘  要:以ZY5000/15.5/32型液压支架的掩护梁为对象进行分析,在对液压支架及掩护梁进行概述的基础上,利用Abaqus软件建立了掩护梁的动态数值模型并进行分析。结果发现,不同支护高度时掩护梁的最大应力存在差异,当支护高度为2910 mm时掩护梁的最大应力达到485.35 MPa,超过了材料的许用应力。为了保障掩护梁的强度,将四根主筋板厚度从40 mm增加至50 mm,通过数值模拟发现最大应力降低至356.42 MPa,在许用应力范围内。对新的掩护梁开展6个月时间的工业现场验证,发现应用效果良好,使用寿命预计可以延长25%以上,经济效益和安全效益显著。The cover beam of ZY5000/15.5/32 hydraulic support is analysed as an object,based on the overview of hydraulic support and cover beam,the dynamic numerical model of cover beam is established and analysed by using Abaqus software.It was found that the maximum stress of the cover beam varied at different support heights,and the maximum stress of the cover beam reached 485.35 MPa when the support height was 2910 mm,which exceeded the permissible stress of the material.In order to protect the strength of the cover beam,the thickness of the four main reinforcement plates was increased from 40 mm to 50 mm,and the maximum stress was reduced to 356.42 MPa by numerical simulation,which was within the permissible stress range.The new cover beam was verified in the industrial field for a period of 6 months,and it was found that the application effect was good,and the service life was expected to be extended by more than 25%,with significant economic and safety benefits.
