带式输送机防跑偏托辊的改造研究

摘　　要：西山煤电集团西曲矿井下工作面带式输送机主要采用防跑偏托辊来保证皮带安全平稳运行。从应用实践来看该防跑偏托辊的滚皮及防偏嘴部件磨损较为严重,防跑偏托辊平均使用寿命仅7个月。对原防跑偏托辊从主体轴、防偏嘴、滚皮三方面进行了针对性结构改造,结果表明:应用改造后的防跑偏托辊有效解决了主运煤带式输送机皮带跑偏现象,防跑偏托辊使用寿命提高至20个月,安全经济效益显著。Anti-bias rollers are mainly used in the belt conveyor of the working face of Xishan Coal and Electricity Group Xiqu Mine to ensure the safe and smooth operation of the belt.From the application practice,the wear and tear of the roller skin and anti-bias mouth parts are more serious,and the average service life of the anti-bias roller is only 7 months.The original anti-bias roller has been modified from the main shaft,anti-bias nozzle and roller skin,and the results show that the application of the modified anti-bias roller has effectively solved the belt deflection phenomenon of the main coal belt conveyor,and the service life of the anti-bias roller has been increased to 20 months,with significant safety and economic benefits.
