摘 要:为进一步探究连续采煤机截割臂运行效果的提升路径,以EML340型连续采煤机作为研究对象,重点分析其截割臂安装位置的可能优化路径。在实际研究工作中,基于已建立的连续采煤机截割部仿真模型,分别对截割部的平截割臂与斜截割臂进行分析,明确其需要优化的安装位置参数,并以多目标遗传算法为工具进行优化。优化结果显示,该连续采煤机截割臂的应力情况得到显著改善,能够有效提升截割臂的运行寿命。In order to further explore the improvement path of the operation effect of the cutting arm of continuous coal mining machine,the study takes EML340 continuous coal mining machine as the research object and focuses on the analysis of the possible optimisation path of the installation position of its cutting arm.In the actual research work,based on the established simulation model of the cutting section of the continuous coal mining machine,the flat cutting arm and the inclined cutting arm of the cutting section are analysed separately,the parameters of the installation position that need to be optimised are clarified,and the multi-objective genetic algorithm is used as a tool for optimisation.The optimisation results show that the stress condition of the cutting arm of this continuous coal mining machine has been significantly improved,which can effectively enhance the operating life of the cutting arm.
