摘 要:为进一步探究如何提升矿井主排水泵房的监控有效性,在研究中,首先基于工业以太网和PLC技术,对矿井主排水泵房在线监控系统进行整体架构设计;而后应用传感器技术、智能算法等多方面的内容,对该系统的软硬件部分进行详细设计;最后模拟主排水泵房环境对该在线监控系统进行初步测试。测试结果显示,该系统在基本性能和故障识别准确率方面均较优,表明该系统的设计取得了初步成功,有望在今后的工作中得到逐步推广应用。In order to further explore how to improve the monitoring effectiveness of the mine main drainage pump house,in this study,firstly,based on the industrial Ethernet and PLC technology,the overall architecture of the mine main drainage pump house on-line monitoring system is designed;then,the sensor technology,intelligent algorithms and other aspects are applied to the detailed design of the hardware and software parts of the system;finally,the simulation of the environment of the main drainage pump house is used to carry out preliminary tests on the on-line monitoring system,and the test results show that the system is good at basic performance and fault identification accuracy.Finally,a preliminary test of the online monitoring system is carried out by simulating the environment of the main drainage pump room,and the test results show that the system is superior in terms of basic performance and fault identification accuracy,indicating that the design of the system has achieved initial success,and it is expected to be gradually promoted and applied in the future work.
