摘  要:简单介绍了低温泵中最常见的两种形式的液体泵——低温离心泵、低温柱塞泵的工作原理,并分别以某钢厂75000 m3/h空分中使用的液氧泵和液氩泵为例,列举了低温泵运行中的常见故障及维护手段。通过总结提炼,加快了设备故障排除及维护速度,提升了设备管理人员管理水平。This article briefly introduces the two most common forms of liquid pumps in cryopumps———Working principle of low-temperature centrifugal pump and low-temperature plunger pump.And each with 75000Nm?/h from a certain steel plant,Taking the liquid oxygen pump and liquid argon pump used in h air separation as examples,common faults and maintenance measures during the operation of low-temperature pumps are listed,By summarizing and refining this article,the speed of equipment troubleshooting and maintenance has been accelerated,and the management level of equipment management personnel has been improved.
