摘 要:为进一步探究重型刮板输送机中部槽结构的力学性能,以SGZ900/1050重型刮板输送机中部槽结构为研究对象,在建立中部槽结构模型的基础上,对其在推溜工况和拉架工况下的应力和位移等指标进行有限元分析,而后进一步应用有限元分析方法,对该重型刮板输送机的中部槽结构进行强度校核。结果显示,在大部分运行条件下,该重型刮板输送机中部槽结构在应力和位移两项指标上均符合预期要求。预计此次研究可为后续的刮板输送机中部槽结构的设计与优化工作提供一定的参考借鉴。In order to further investigate the mechanical properties of the middle trough structure of heavy-duty scraper conveyor,the middle trough structure of SGZ900/1050 heavy-duty scraper conveyor is taken as the object of study,and finite element analysis is carried out on the basis of the establishment of the middle trough structural model,and finite element analysis is carried out for the indicators of the stresses and displacements under the pushing and pulling conditions,and then finite element analysis is further applied to carry out strength checking of the middle trough structure of this heavy-duty scraper conveyor.After that,the finite element analysis method was further applied to check the strength of the central trough of this heavy-duty scraper conveyor.The results show that under most of the operating conditions,the middle trough structure of this heavy-duty scraper conveyor meets the expected requirements in terms of stress and displacement.It is expected that this study can provide some reference for the design and optimisation of the central trough structure of the subsequent scraper conveyor.
