摘 要:刮板输送机空载或轻载工作中存在整机效率不高、供电线路功率因数低等现象,致使功率浪费,增加运行成本。对此设计刮板输送机变频器,该变频器可依据负载变化,通过频率调节实时调速,较大程度上节约了电能,降低了成本。将设计变频器应用于煤矿进行井下试验,通过对实时变频调速、变频器工频两种工作方式下的功率因数、电量进行测量可知,实时变频调速刮板输送机吨煤节电率约为20%。Scraper conveyor no-load or light-load work in the whole machine efficiency is not high,the power supply line power factor is low and other phenomena,resulting in a waste of power,increasing operating costs.This design scraper conveyor frequency converter,the frequency converter can be based on the load changes,through the frequency adjustment of real-time speed regulation,a greater degree of power savings,reduce costs.Will design frequency converter applied to coal mine for underground test,through the real-time frequency conversion speed control,frequency converter frequency two working mode of power factor,power measurement can be seen,real-time frequency conversion speed control scraper conveyor tonnes of coal power saving rate is about 20%.
