摘　　要：迷迭香提取物含酚酸类、精油类、黄酮类等多种活性物质,具有抗氧化、抑菌、改善肠道健康、抗肿瘤等多种生物学功能,是近年来国内外畜牧领域科研工作者研发的重点。本文主要综述了迷迭香提取物的生物学功能,总结了其在动物生产中的应用成果,以期为迷迭香提取物在畜牧生产中的应用提供一定的理论依据。Rosemary extract contains phenolic acids,essential oils,flavonoids and other active substances,with antioxidant,antibacterial,intestinal health improvement,anti-tumor and other biological functions,which is the focus of research and development of domestic and foreign animal husbandry researchers in recent years.This paper mainly reviewed the biological function of rosemary extract,summarized its application in animal production,and tried to provide some theoretical basis for the application of rosemary extract in animal husbandry.
