摘　　要：毛囊是哺乳动物产毛/绒器官,具有周期性再生的特点。Wnt10b和Wnt5a是Wnt家族成员,可分别通过经典Wnt/β-catenin和非经典信号转导通路调控毛囊发育和周期性再生,最终调控毛纤维产出。文章综述了Wnt10b和Wnt5a在毛囊周期性再生中的作用研究进展,以期为深入研究Wnt对毛囊周期性再生的调控机制提供理论参考。Hair follicle is a mammalian hair/villus organ with the characteristics of periodic regeneration.Wnt10b and Wnt5a,members of the Wnt family,regulate hair follicle development and periodic regeneration through classical Wnt/β-catenin and non-classical signal transduction pathways,respectively,and ultimately regulate hair fiber production.This article reviewed the role of Wnt10b and Wnt5a in the periodic regeneration of hair follicles,in order to provide theoretical reference for further study of the regulatory mechanism of Wnt on the periodic regeneration of hair follicles.
