摘  要:为探索丘陵山区复杂条件下猪瘟的净化及维持净化的综合措施,研究以贵州省施秉县某种猪场为例,通过实施严格的生物安全措施、规范化免疫、粪污无害化处理进行猪瘟净化,并从免疫效果、粪污综合处理效果和母猪生产指标的变化三个方面对猪瘟净化实施效果进行评估。结果表明:净化期间,猪群免疫抗体合格率在93.14%~97.71%之间,达到国家对种猪免疫抗体合格率规定标准;仔猪免疫抗体合格率在75.00%~88.06%之间;各猪群猪瘟免疫抗体合格率均呈平稳上升趋势。病原检测种猪血液、猪场内环境拭子、周围野生动物皮毛拭子等样本均为猪瘟阴性;该种猪场共处理固体粪便4595 t,液体粪污239082 t,消纳液体使用土地面积总计3736亩(1亩≈667 m~2);经产母猪受胎率、分娩率、窝均活仔数、校正21 d头均断奶重有所升高,而断奶前死亡率明显下降。说明通过实施严格的生物安全措施、规范化免疫、粪污无害化处理可以实现种猪场猪瘟的净化。In order to explore the decontamination of classical swine fever under complex conditions in hill and mountain areas,and to maintain comprehensive measures of decontamination,in this study,a pig breeding farm in Shibing County,Guizhou Province was taken as an example,classical swine fever decontamination was carried out through the implementation of strict biosecurity measures,standardized immunization,and harmless treatment of manure.The effect of classical swine fever decontamination was evaluated from three aspects:immune effect,comprehensive manure treatment effect and changes in sow production indexes.The results showed that during the decontamination period,the qualified rate of immune antibodies in the pig herd was between 93.14%-97.71%,which reached the national standard for the qualified rate of immune antibodies in breeding pigs.The qualified rate of piglet immune antibody was 75.00%-88.06%;the qualified rates of classical swine fever immune antibodies in all pig groups showed a steady upward trend.Pathogen detection of samples such as pig blood,environmental swabs in pig farms,and skin swabs from surrounding wild animals were all negative for classical swine fever.The breeding farm treated a total of 4595 t of solid manure and 239082 t of liquid manure,and a total of 3736 mu(1 mu≈667 m^(2))of liquid land area was consumed.The conception rate,delivery rate of parturient sows,average litter number,and adjusted 21 d average weaning weight increased,while the pre-weaning mortality rate decreased significantly.The results indicated that decontamination of classical swine fever from breeding farms could be achieved by implementing strict biosecurity measures,standardized immunization,and harmless treatment of fecal waste.
