摘 要:在辛酸亚锡催化剂的作用下,将可生物降解的丙交酯与1,4-丁二醇链转移剂进行开环聚合,合成聚乳酸二元醇。利用制备好的聚乳酸二元醇和氧化石墨烯材料进行熔融共混,制备出聚乳酸二元醇/氧化石墨烯(PLA-OH/GO)复合材料。对这些材料进行了傅里叶变换红外光谱、核磁共振、凝胶渗透色谱、热重分析、差示扫描量热的测试。傅里叶变换红外光谱和核磁共振结果表明,聚合物结构与设计的分子结构相符合。凝胶渗透色谱结果显示,聚合物的分子量具有一定的多分散性,多分散性指数约为1.3。热性能分析表明,聚合物的玻璃化转变温度低于室温,使得聚乳酸二元醇在较低温度下具有更广泛的应用。而聚乳酸二元醇的初始热分解温度在约250℃,足以满足聚合物合成和加工工艺的需求。The polylactic acid diols were synthesized by ring-opening polymerization of biodegradable propylene glycol esters with 1,4-butanediol chain transfer agent in the presence of stannous octanoate catalyst.Poly(lactic acid)diol/graphene oxide(PLA-OH/GO)composites were prepared by melt blending using the prepared polylactic acid diols and graphene oxide materials.These materials were tested by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy,nuclear magnetic resonance,gel permeation chromatography,thermogravimetric analysis,and differential scanning calorimetry.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance results show that the polymer structures are compatible with the designed molecular structures.The gel permeation chromatography results show that the molecular weights of the polymers have a certain polydispersity with polydispersity indexes of about 1.3.The thermal property results show that the polymer glass transition temperatures are lower than room temperature,which makes the polylactic acid diols have a wider range of applications at lower temperatures.The initial thermal decomposition temperatures of polylactic acid diols are about 250℃,which is sufficient for polymer synthesis and processing techniques.
