磷硅协同阻燃水性氯醚丙烯酸酯树脂的制备及性能

摘  要:为提高水性丙烯酸树脂的阻燃性,本文采用硅烷偶联剂(KH550)改性处理的纳米SiO_(2)作为填料,并将其均匀地分散在甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙基酯磷酸酯(PM2)改性氯醚丙烯酸酯水分散体中,搭配氨基树脂固化剂制备出水性磷硅/氯醚丙烯酸酯涂层,测试了涂层的力学性能、防腐性和阻燃性,并与纯丙烯酸酯涂层、PM2改性氯醚丙烯酸酯涂层的性能进行比较。结果表明,当改性纳米SiO_(2)占树脂固体质量的4%时,涂层力学性能最佳;改性纳米SiO_(2)的引入可显著增强复合涂层的耐腐蚀性;磷硅/氯醚丙烯酸酯涂层的极限氧指数达到25.3%、阻燃等级为HB;PM2改性氯醚丙烯酸酯涂层燃烧后表面呈多孔状,而磷硅/氯醚丙烯酸酯涂层燃烧后表面呈现致密状,二者阻燃机理存在差异;燃烧残炭率的结果显示磷硅/氯醚丙烯酸酯涂层中磷硅组分具有协同阻燃作用。To enhance the flame retardancy of waterborne acrylic resin,the nano-SiO_(2)modified by the silane coupling agent(KH550)was used as the filler and evenly dispersed in the aqueous dispersion of methyl 2-hydroxyethyl acrylate phosphate(PM2)modified chloroether acrylate.Then,the waterborne phosphosilicate/chloroether acrylate coating was formulated with the addition of an amino resin curing agent.The mechanical properties,corrosion resistance,and flame retardancy of the coating were tested and compared with those of a pure acrylate coating and a PM2-modified chloroether acrylate coating.The results indicate that the coating mechanical properties are optimal when the mass fraction of modified nano-SiO_(2)is 4%in the resin solid mass.The introduction of modified nano-SiO_(2)significantly enhances the corrosion resistance of the composite coating.The phosphosilicate/chloroether acrylate coating achieves an oxygen index of 25.3%and a flame retardancy rating of HB.The surface of the PM2-modified chloroether acrylate coating after combustion is porous,whereas the surface of the phosphosilicate/chloroether acrylate coating after combustion is dense.Their flame retardancy mechanisms are different.The results of the residual carbon rate after combustion indicate that the phosphosilicate component in the phosphosilicate/chloroether acrylate coating plays a synergistic flame retardant effect.
