摘 要:为解决凝灰岩石粉的高值化资源化利用,本文首先研究了凝灰岩石粉的主要成分、表面改性对化学组成及粒径分布的影响。然后采用了熔融共混法制备了凝灰岩石粉/聚氯乙烯(PVC)石塑复合材料,研究了不同的表面改性剂对凝灰岩石粉/PVC复合材料微观形貌及性能的影响。在此基础上,进行了凝灰岩石粉/PVC石塑地板材料的中试生产。结果表明,凝灰岩石粉主要成分为SiO_(2)。采用表面改性剂对其进行表面改性后,可改善凝灰岩石粉的聚集。对凝灰岩石粉的表面改性可显著提高其与PVC复合材料的力学性能。在相同填料质量分数下(62%),硬脂酸表面改性后的凝灰岩石粉/PVC复合材料具有比碳酸钙/PVC复合材料更好的力学性能、耐热老化性能及阻燃性,其拉伸强度、邵氏A硬度和极限氧指数可分别达到(26.52±1.7)MPa、90.2±0.9、63.1%±1.5%。所制备的凝灰岩石粉/PVC石塑地板材料性能完全符合国家标准要求,而且在锁扣拉力和表面耐刮擦性能上表现优异。本工作为粉尘石粉的资源综合利用起到一定的示范作用。To solve the high-value resource utilization of tuff stone powder,the main compositions and the effects of surface treatment on the chemical compositions and particle size distributions of tuff stone powder were investigated.Then the tuff stone powder/polyvinyl chloride(PVC)composites were prepared by the melt blending,and the effects of different surface treatments on the morphologies and mechanical properties of tuff stone powder/PVC composites were explored.On these basis,the pilot production of tuff stone powder/PVC stone-plastic floor material was carried out.The results show that the tuff stone powder is mainly composed of SiO_(2).The aggregations of tuff stone powder could be relieved after the surface treatments.Surface treatments could significantly improve the mechanical properties of tuff stone powder/PVC composite materials.With the same filler mass fraction(62%),the stearic acid surface-modified tuff stone powder/PVC composite has better mechanical properties,thermal aging resistance and flame retardancy than the CaCO_(3)/PVC composite.Its tensile strength,Shore A hardness and limit oxygen index could respectively reach(26.52±1.7)MPa、90.2±0.9、63.1%±1.5%.The performances of the prepared tuff stone powder/PVC stone-plastic floor material fully meet the requirements of national standards,and this material has excellent performances in locking tension and surface scratch resistance.This work plays a certain demonstration role for the comprehensive utilizations of dust and stone powder resources.
