摘　　要：随着城市化的快速发展,老旧小区改造成为城市更新的重要环节。外墙材料的选择和应用直接影响到改造的效果和居民的生活质量。本文旨在探讨老旧小区改造中外墙立面设计在实际应用中的效果,性能及存在的问题,并提出相应的建议。With the rapid development of urbanization,the transformation of old residential areas has become an important part of urban renewal.The selection and application of exterior wall materials directly affect the effect of reconstruction and the quality of life of residents.The purpose of this paper is to discuss the effect,performance and existing problems of exterior wall design in the reconstruction of old residential areas,and put forward corresponding suggestions.
