摘　　要：PW2403型X射线荧光光谱仪是原Philips(现马尔文帕纳科)公司的波长色散光谱仪,其具有分析速度快、灵敏度高、可分析元素范围宽的特点,样品可以是固体、粉末或液体等。通过多年的使用对此类型光谱仪可自行处理的典型故障及注意事项进行总结,确保高效率下的连续稳定运行。The PW2403 X-rayfluorescence spectrometer is a wavelength dispersion spectrometer from Philips(now Malvin Panaco)company.It has the characteristics of fast analysis speed,high sensitivity and wide range of elements that can be analyzed.The sample can be solid,powder or liquid.After many years of use,the typical faults and precautions that can be handled by this type of spectrometer are summarized to ensure continuous and stable operation with high efficiency.
