摘　　要：在硫磺制酸装置的运行中,废气治理是环保和生产安全的关键环节,本文主要探讨了含硫磺废气的治理方法,包括升华硫粉尘的形成原因、危害及其常用的处理方式,如夹套管加热直排、设置升华硫粉尘过滤回收装置以及利用洗涤塔和风机处理硫磺废气,同时还详细讨论了干吸设备和成品酸储罐的废气治理技术,分析了主空气鼓风机设置位置对效率的影响,旨在有效减少环境污染,保证制酸过程的环境友好性和经济效益。In the operation of sulfur based sulfuric acid plants,waste gas treatment is a key link in environmental protection and production safety.This article mainly explores the treatment methods of sulfur containing waste gas,including the causes,hazards,and commonly used treatment methods of sublimated sulfur dust,such as jacket heating direct discharge,setting up sublimated sulfur dustfiltration and recovery devices,and using washing towers and fans to treat sulfur waste gas.At the same time,the waste gas treatment technology of dry suction equipment andfinished acid storage tanks is also discussed in detail,and the impact of the main air blower position on efficiency is analyzed,aiming to effectively reduce environmental pollution,ensure the environmental friendliness and economic benefits of the acid production process.
