摘 要:疏松砂岩出砂的准确预测对于防砂设计具有重要意义。通过研究有限元方法在出砂预测方面的不足,以及当前离散元方法在疏松砂岩出砂预测方面的研究进展,提出利用井筒内圆孔等效塑性应变并结合离散元方法的特点来进行出砂预测。结果表明:离散元方法的提出使得疏松砂岩储层在出砂预测方面的数值模拟精度进一步提高,并可从微观角度观察到疏松砂岩储层的出砂行为。Accurate prediction of sand production in unconsolidated sandstone is of great significance for sand control design.By studying the shortcomings of thefinite element method in sand production prediction and the research progress of the current discrete element method in sand production prediction of unconsolidated sandstone,it is proposed to use the equivalent plastic strain of the circular hole in the well bore and combine the characteristics of the discrete element method to predict sand production.The results show that the discrete element method makes the numerical simulation accuracy of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir in sand production prediction further improved,and the sand production behavior of unconsolidated sandstone reservoir can be observed from the microscopic point of view.
