气相钝化清洗在加氢装置停工中的应用

摘  要:2021年4月中海石油宁波大榭石化有限公司运行七部200万吨/年工业燃料油加氢装置停工中使用气相钝化清洗技术,气相钝化清洗技术在石油化工生产装置停工过程中通过吹扫蒸汽将气相钝化清洗剂带入石油化工生产装置中,最终快速、高效的去除装置中硫化亚铁、硫化氢等物质,保证炼化装置安全环保停工。石油化工生产装置在进入蒸汽吹扫阶段后,气相清洗剂(LWQ-1)去除重油、除臭、钝化,消除装置中硫化亚铁和硫化氢等有害物质。由于气相清洗剂直接加入蒸汽中,随吹扫蒸汽进入清洗设备,分布均匀。本文针对气相钝化清洗相比较液相钝化清洗,可以看出气相钝化清洗具有清洗彻底、污水量少、清洗效率高等优势。In April 2021,CNOOC Ningbo Daxie Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.used gas-phase passivation cleaning technology during the shutdown of seven industrial fuel oil hydrogenation units with a capacity of 2 million tons per year.During the shutdown of the petrochemical production unit,the gas-phase passivation cleaning technology introduced the gas-phase passivation cleaning agent into the unit by blowing steam,ultimately quickly and efficiently removing substances such as ferrous sulfide and hydrogen sulfide from the unit,ensuring the safety and environmental protection of the refining unit.After entering the steam blowing stage,the petrochemical production unit uses a gas-phase cleaning agent(LWQ-1)to remove heavy oil,deodorize,passivate,and eliminate harmful substances such as ferrous sulfide and hydrogen sulfide in the unit.Due to the direct addition of gas-phase cleaning agent into the steam,it enters the cleaning equipment with the blowing steam and is evenly distributed.This article focuses on the comparison between gas-phase passivation cleaning and liquid-phase passivation cleaning.It can be seen that gas-phase passivation cleaning has the advantages of thorough cleaning,less wastewater,and higher cleaning efficiency.
