摘 要:近年来,电厂为降低成本大量掺烧经济煤种,导致锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题日趋严重,随着锅炉机组参数不断提高,部分机组出现了严重腐蚀,加大了治理的困难。时而发生的停机事故严重影响了锅炉的安全稳定运行,频繁的停机检修与建材更换造成了各电厂的严重经济损失,迫切需要研究切实可行的锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀防治措施。本文系统分析了锅炉水冷壁严重高温腐蚀形成的原因及影响因素,并总结了一些当前较为先进的锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀的防治措施及其存在的问题,以期为各电厂解决锅炉水冷壁高温腐蚀问题提供技术思路。In recent years,due to the extensive blending of economic coal in power plants,the problem of high-temperature corrosion of boiler water-cooled walls has become increasingly serious.With the continuous improvement of boiler unit parameters,some units have experienced severe corrosion,increasing the difficulty of treatment.The frequent shutdown accidents seriously affect the safe and stable operation of boilers,and frequent shutdown maintenance and building material replacement have caused serious economic losses to various power plants.It is urgent to study practical and feasible measures for preventing high-temperature corrosion of boiler water-cooled walls.This article systematically analyzes the causes and influencing factors of severe high-temperature corrosion of boiler water-cooled walls,and summarizes the current advanced prevention and control measures for high-temperature corrosion of boiler water-cooled walls,in order to provide technical ideas for various power plants to solve the problem of high-temperature corrosion of boiler water-cooled walls.
