摘 要:本文就非金属中心管8字形自承式光缆的结构特征展开剖析,提出了挤塑后双余长概念,分析了余长对光缆结构设计影响的机理,探讨了“光纤相对缆芯长度差”参量的重要性及其与“余长窗口”的相互关系,揭示了该类产品经常出现拉伸性能和温度性能难以同时满足的核心症结所在。在分析的基础上,将传统中心管式光缆的设计模型以正确方式拓广到8字形中心管光缆。依托该模型的理论预测,制定了能够同时满足光缆拉伸和温度性能的优化设计方案,并通过试制产品的测试,证实了模型的正确性,为今后此类光缆的设计和生产品质控制提供了理论支撑。This article dissects the structural characteristics of non-metallic central tube figure-8 self-supporting optical cables, introduces the concept of dual excess length after sheathing, and analyses the mechanism by which the excess length affects the structural design of optical cables. It also discusses the importance of the parameter "relative length difference of the FRP to the cable core" and its interrelation with the "excess length window", unveiling the crux of the problem that such products often cannot satisfy tension and temperature performance requirements simultaneously. Based on this analysis, the design model of the traditional central tube cable could be correctly extended to the non-metallic figure-8 central tube self-supporting optical cable. Relying on the theoretical predictions of this model, an optimized design plan is formulated that meets both the tensile and temperature performance criteria of the optical cable, and the trial product has passed through the testing to confirm the accuracy of the model, which provides us the theoretical support for the design and quality control for such cables in the future.
