摘  要:本研究旨在设计并实现一套基于双光谱测温技术的电缆热感知系统。系统通过集成双光谱测温仪和可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)进行精确的温度监控,并借助触摸屏或工控机实现高效的监控和报警界面。首先介绍了电缆热感知的重要性和双光谱测温技术的基本原理,随后详细阐述了系统的总体设计方案,包括双光谱测温仪与PLC的通讯机制及监控界面的设计。在系统实现部分,展示了电缆热感知设备的搭建流程,重点关注了温度检测和报警保护机制。最后,通过理论分析,验证了系统的有效性和可靠性。本研究对于提高电缆安全监控水平和预防电缆故障具有重要意义。This study aims to design and implement a cable thermal perception system based on dual-spectral thermometry technology.The system achieves precise temperature monitoring by integrating dual-spectral thermometers and a Programmable Logic Controller(PLC),and facilitates efficient monitoring and alarm interfaces through a touchscreen or industrial control computer.Firstly,the importance of cable thermal perception and the basic principles of dual-spectral thermometry technology are introduced.Subsequently,the overall design scheme of the system is elaborated,including the communication mechanism between dual-spectral thermometers and PLC,and the design of the monitoring interface.In the implementation part of the system,the construction process of the cable thermal perception equipment is demonstrated,with a focus on temperature detection and alarm protection mechanisms.Finally,through theoretical analysis,the effectiveness and reliability of the system are validated.This research is of significant importance for enhancing the level of cable safety monitoring and preventing cable failures.
