摘　　要：基础医学研究生教育是我国医学生培养的重要组成部分,也是我国医学科技人才培养的主要途径,是医学科技创新的基石和源头。随着我国国情的需要和经济结构的变化,国家需要医学科技人才做国家需要的研究,将高水平研究应用在祖国的大地上,真正将科研成果服务于人民,真正做到医学研究服务于社会和国家的需要。因此,基于产出导向教育理念,为新时代基础医学研究生的培养提供了新的内涵和策略,有利于促进基础医学研究生培养质量的提升。以学科特色为落脚点,以学生就业为立足点,以社会需求为基本原则,从根本上将产出导向教育理念融入基础医学研究生教育和培养过程中。Basic medical graduate education is an important part of the training of medical students in China,the main way of the training of medical science and technology talents in China,and the cornerstone and source of medical science and technology innovation.With the needs of China’s national conditions and the change of economic structure,the country needs medical science and technology talents to do research use truly scientific research results to serve the people,serve the needs of the society and the country.Therefore,based on the output-oriented education concept to provide new connotation and strategy of basic medical graduate training for the new era,is helpful to promote the basic medical graduate training quality.With subject characteristics as the foothold,student employment as the foothold,with social demand as the basic principle,fundamentally integrating output oriented education concept into the basic medical graduate education and training process is necessary.
