摘　　要：大学生就业问题已成为社会热点,研究新工科背景下大学生主体性与提高就业创业能力的相关问题,可以更好地指导大学生就业创业。大学生在就业创业中主要存在个人期望与现实存在落差、毕业生综合能力与市场发展不匹配、提供的课程体系不完善和缺乏充足的师资力量等问题。为此,提出以完善意识搭建、改革教育教学、搭建高质量师资团队、建立实践平台等为主的具体实践路径,增强大学生的自我就业创业能力,为其顺利就业创业打下良好的基础。同时,期望为其他院校就业创业指导工作的开展提供一定的借鉴和参考。The employment problem of college students has become a social hot spot.Studying the subjectivity of college students and improving their employment and entrepreneurship ability under the Emerging Engineering Education background can better guide their employment and entrepreneurship.The article believes that there are mainly some problems for college students in employment and entrepreneurship,such as the gap between personal expectations and reality,the mismatch between the comprehensive ability of graduates and the market development,the imperfect curriculum system provided and the lack of sufficient teachers.To this end,it puts forward the specific practice path of improving consciousness,reforming education and teaching,building high-quality teacher team and establishing practice platform,so as to enhance college students’self-employment and entrepreneurship ability and lay a good foundation for their smooth employment and entrepreneurship.At the same time,it is expected to provide some reference for other colleges and universities to carry out employment and entrepreneurship guidance work.
