摘　　要：随着我国集成电路产业的发展,急需大量集成电路设计类人才,如何解决这一紧迫的需求,更好地实现产教融合,培养优秀的、能够适应产业需求、解决复杂工程问题的设计类人才,是高校“模拟集成电路设计”课程本科教学中亟待解决的核心问题。依托所在学院开设的案例教学类课程,通过项目式学习和课赛结合的方式,形成了基于国产EDA工具的模拟集成电路设计案例教学方法,开展并完成了多个学期的教学改革和实践。教学数据表明,案例教学方法可显著提高学生的获得感和满意度。但对于不同水平的学生,效果存在一定的差异。基于此,提出了进一步改进案例教学的三点建议。The development of integrated circuit industry in China has brought a large demand for integrated circuit design talents.At present,there is a great shortage of Analog Integrated Circuit Design talents.How to respond to this urgent demand in the teaching process of undergraduate Analog Integrated Circuit Design courses in colleges and universities,better realize the integration of industry and education,and train excellent design talents who can meet the needs of industry and solve complex engineering problems is the core problem to be solved urgently in practical teaching.Relying on the case teaching courses offered by our college,through the combination of project based learning and class competition,this paper has carried out and completed the teaching reform and practice for many semesters,and formed a case teaching method of analog integrated circuit design based on domestic EDA tools.The teaching data obtained show that the use of case teaching method can improve students’sense of achievement and satisfaction.However,for different levels of students,the effect is different.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions to further improve the case teaching.
