摘  要:我国高能耗行业具有高投入、高能耗、高污染、低效益的“三高一低”显著特征,其能耗占工业总能耗的75.69%和全国总能耗的50.52%。面对这一现状,利用工业物联网和人工智能等新一代信息技术,构建集感知、分析、预测与优化于一体的智能制造系统,对高能耗制造过程中能源和资源的高效利用具有重要意义。本研究聚焦于如何结合新质生产力的创新型特点,通过数据要素赋能,推动高能耗企业实现绿色智能制造,以应对能源消耗和环境污染方面的挑战。提出了一种面向新质生产力的数据要素赋能的绿色智能制造体系架构,该架构通过整合数据分析、智能化技术以及工业互联网等关键技术,旨在提高资源利用效率,减少碳排放,推动企业数字化转型。研究结果显示,数据要素的应用不仅能够优化生产流程、降低运营成本,还可以为高能耗企业实现绿色低碳发展提供坚实的技术支持。Energy-intensive manufacturing industries are characterized by the"three highs and one low"phenomenon:high investment,high energy consumption,high pollution,and low efficiency.These industries account for 75.69%of total industrial energy consumption and 50.52%of the nation's total energy consumption.In light of this situation,utilizing new-generation information technologies such as the Industrial Internet of Things and artificial intelligence to build intelligent manufacturing systems that integrate sensing,analysis,prediction,and optimization is crucial for the efficient use of energy and resources in energy-intensive manufacturing processes.This study focuses on how to combine the innovative features of new quality productive forces with data elements to empower energy-intensive enterprises to achieve green intelligent manufacturing,addressing challenges related to energy consumption and environmental pollution.A green intelligent manufacturing framework enabled by data elements for new quality productive forces is proposed,which integrates data analysis,intelligent technologies,and the Industrial Internet to improve resource efficiency,reduce carbon emissions,and drive the digital transformation of enterprises.The results show that the application of data elements not only optimizes production processes and reduces operating costs but also provides strong technical support for energy-intensive enterprises in achieving green and low-carbon development.
