摘  要:激光深熔焊接是一种借助高能量密度激光束作为热源,将金属材料加热至形成穿孔的焊接方法。在激光深熔焊接的过程中,工作流体的流动和传热起着至关重要的作用,对焊缝的形成和质量产生显著影响。概括了激光深熔焊接工作流体流动和传热的激光功率、焊接速度、保护气体等影响因素的研究现状以及目前存在的问题,并对未来的研究方向进行了展望。Using a high energy density laser beam as a heat source,the metal material is heated to form a perforation during laser deep fusion welding.Laser deep fusion welding relies heavily on the fluid flow and heat transfer of the working fluid,which significantly impacts the production and quality of the weld.A summary of the current research on the influences of laser power,welding speed,shielding gas and other factors on the working fluid flow and heat transfer of laser deep-melt welding,as well as the current problems and an outlook on the future research direction is given.
