摘 要:随着自动化、智能化技术的发展,对零件表面的精度要求越来越高,这给精密加工提出了越来越高的要求。磁流变液作为一种新型的智能材料,主要由磁性颗粒、基载液、添加剂等组成,通过磁性颗粒在磁场下的磁流变效应来实现各种功能。磁流变抛光是以磁流变抛光液为介质,通过磁链把持着磨料,实现对工件的表面去除。通过介绍磁流变抛光的原理及特点,综述近几十年磁流变抛光装置的发展。同时,结合磁流变抛光组成成分及特点,总结各组成成分对抛光效果的影响,进一步分析各组成成分对磁流变液沉降稳定性的影响。最后,提出了磁流变抛光在之后发展的建议。With the development of automation and intelligent technology,the precision of parts surface is required to be higher and higher,which puts forward higher and higher requirements for precision machining.Magnetorheological fluid(MRF),as a new kind of intelligent material,is mainly composed of magnetic particles,base liquid and additives,etc.Various functions can be realized through the MRF effect of magnetic particles in the magnetic field.Magnetorheological polishing(MR)uses MR polishing fluid as the medium to remove the surface of the workpiece.By introducing the principle and characteristics of MR polishing,the development of MR polishing devices in recent decades is reviewed.At the same time,combined with the composition and characteristics of MR polishing,the effect of each component on the polishing effect is summarized,and the effect of each component on the settling stability of MR fluid is further analyzed.Finally,some suggestions on the future development of MR polishing are put forward.
