摘 要:为了解决物流运输点与客户之间距离远,配送时间长、人工成本大等问题,研发设计了一种物流车载无人机系统。该系统由一台适应全地形物流运输无人车和一架四轴无人机组成,能够实现空地协同的物流配送。无人车机械结构设计分为全地形底盘机构、无人机收纳机构、无人机抬升机构、无人机脚架固定机构4部分。底盘设计具备悬挂功能,以适应全地形的工作环境。无人机收纳、抬升和固定机构实现了无人机的快速起降和安全运输。通过SolidWorks建模软件设计模型,进行虚拟装配和运动仿真,通过ANSYS软件对无人车底盘进行有限元分析,分析得出底盘抗剪力强度为124MPa,抗拉屈服强度为55.2MPa,满足使用需求。该系统能够有效减少配送时间、降低人工成本,并适应各种复杂地形。相比传统的物流运输方式,该系统具有更高的效率和灵活性。In order to solve the problems of long distance between logistics transportation points and customers,long distribution time and large labor cost,a logistics vehicle-mounted unmanned aircraft system is developed and designed,which is composed of an adaptable all-terrain logistics transportation unmanned vehicle and a quadcopter unmanned aircraft,and is capable of realizing air-ground coordinated logistics distribution.The mechanical structure design of the unmanned vehicle is divided into four parts:all-terrain chassis mechanism,unmanned aircraft stowage mechanism,unmanned aircraft lifting mechanism and unmanned aircraft tripod fixation mechanism.The chassis is designed with suspension function to adapt to the all-terrain working environment.The UAV stowage,lifting and fixing mechanisms realize the rapid take-off and landing and safe transportation of the UAV.The model is designed by SolidWorks modeling software,virtual assembly and motion simulation are carried out,and the finite element analysis of the UAV chassis is carried out by ANSYS software,and the analysis results in a chassis with a shear strength of 124 MPa and a tensile yield strength of 55.2 MPa,which meets the usage requirements.The system can effectively reduce the distribution time,lower the labor cost,and adapt to various complex terrains.Compared with the traditional logistics and transportation methods,the system has higher efficiency and flexibility.
