摘 要:针对无线传感网络供电的电池容量小以及能量收集效率低的问题,从系统升压和自启动等两方面提出一种应用于无线传感网络的热电能量收集系统。该系统利用LTC3108升压芯片进行升压操作,使系统能够在低至20mV输入电压下实现自启动工作;且该系统利用恒定电压法追踪最大功率点,提高能量收集系统升压转换效率。通过电路仿真和实验,验证最大功率点追踪与升压功能。仿真结果表明,当输入电压为0.5 V,输出电压约为2.5 V,转换效率为83%;试验结果表明:对主电路升压效率进行测试,温差发电机输出电压在100~600mV时,主电路升压效率维持在61%~75%,实验结果和仿真结果相近,表明所设计的热电能量收集系统设计满足无线传感网络工作需求。In response to the problems of small battery capacity and low energy collection efficiency in wireless sensor networks,a thermoelectric energy collection system applied to wireless sensor networks is proposed from two aspects:system boosting and self starting.The system utilizes the LTC3108 boost chip for boost operation,enabling the system to achieve self start operation at input voltages as low as 20 mV;and the system uses the constant voltage method to track the maximum power point,improving the boost conversion efficiency of the energy collection system.the maximum power point tracking and boost function are verified through circuit simulation and experiments.The simulation results show that when the input voltage is 0.5 V and the output voltage is about 2.5 V,the conversion efficiency is 83%;The experimental results show that when testing the boost efficiency of the main circuit,the boost efficiency of the main circuit is maintained at 61%~75%when the output voltage of the thermoelectric generator is between 100~600 mV.The experimental results are similar to the simulation results,indicating that the thermoelectric energy collection system designed in this paper meets the working requirements of wireless sensor networks.
