摘　　要：三维激光扫描技术是测绘技术不断发展创新衍生的产物,其凭借高精度、高效率等优势在建筑物立面测绘中得到应用广泛。针对三维激光扫描技术在建筑立面测绘中的应用进行深入探讨。概括了该技术在不同背景下的应用,并介绍了其优势与作用,同时,结合案例,进一步揭示其技术特点,以此提高测绘质量与水平,为相关从业人员提供可靠参考。3D Laser Scanning technology is a product derived from the continuous development and innovation of Surveying and Mapping technology,and with its advantages such as high precision and efficiency,it is widely used in building facade surveying and mapping.The article delves into the application of this technology in building fa-cade surveying and mapping.It summarizes the application of this technology in different backgrounds,introduces its advantages and effects,and further reveals its characteristics through case studies,in order to improve the quality and level of surveying and mapping,and provides reliable references for relevant practitioners.
